It has been observed that people are unaware about anxiety and its related symptoms as a result of which they keep suffering from hyper tension and bad health conditions. It would be highly advisable to meditate and practice exercise regularly so that nervous system of the sufferer could be kept calm and relaxed. Moreover it would also reduce the probability of anxiety attack. It is a threat to life if not dealt with beforehand. Therefore take proper precaution against anxiety and its adverse affect such that it does not harm your daily life routine.
